RATES

Most visits are done through private payments with credit or debit cards, cheque or cash.

Direct Billing:  If applicable, payments can be submitted to your Extended Benefits Medical Plan. Please inquire if we are able to direct bill your medical insurance plan.

Premium Assistance:  the Medical Services Plan (MSP) only pays for a portion of the cost of a maximum of 10 visits per year. There is the added Clinic Fee for these visits.

Motor vehicle accident (ICBC):  As of November, 2024, we will no longer be accepting payments through ICBC. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to treat persons who have been in a MVA, unless they pay for their visits privately as described above. 

WorkSafeBC/WCB:  Presently we are unable to accept injured workers through WorkSafeBC because of the wording of our Physiotherapy Association contract with them. With prior approval from WorkSafe, we may be able to treat work related injuries through private payment.
